   简 介Introduction
    本公司生产的旋压密封充油压力表是为适应较恶劣的使用环境而设计的，特别是针对被测介质和环境的震动有明显的缓冲效果。通过向表内充油，对机内的另部件起到了润滑的作用， 同时也延长了仪表的使用寿命。针对测量介质及环境的腐蚀性状况，仪表可选择铜内机的一般型及不锈钢内机的防腐型。
    Our filled gauge with crimped ring case are designed to perform in rugged applications and harsh environmental conditions.These gauges offer a significant cushioning and dampening effect.Also the filling liquid can lubricate the internals and provide a longer gauge life.
    其旋压锁边工艺的使用较大的减少了泄漏的可能，并为现场充油提供了方便。本产适用于液压系统、空气干燥器、压 机、泵、自动化设备、农业机械、造纸业、铸造设备及海洋 等领域对气体和液体压力的测量。
    The hermetically sealed construction reduces the chance of leaks. The special movement construction makes the gauge more reliable.

    Temperature Limit:Ambient temperature and temperature of operating medium should
be within following range:-40～+60℃ for dry gauge,-20～+60℃ for filled gauge
    波登管／接头：213 (YTN) 型为磷青铜波登管，焊接在黄铜接头上
        233 (YTNF) 型为SUS316 不锈钢管氩弧焊接在SUS304 不锈钢接头上
        10MPa 以上波登管为螺旋波登管
    Tube & Socket:YTN:phosphor bronze bourdon tube soft soldered to brass socket.
        YTNF:31 St.St.tube argon arc welded to 304 St.St.socket.
        Helical bourdon tube is available on range above 20MPa.

    Warning:Glycerin or Silicone when combined with strong oxidizing agents, includingbut not limited to chlorine, nitric acid, and hydrogen peroxide, can result in a spontaneous chemical reaction, ignition, or explosion which can cause property
damage and personal injury. If gauges are to be used in such service, do not use glycerin or silicone fill-consult factory for proper fill medium.
